Welcome to my blog! Although I’ve been blogging for quite some time, my original online journal was more of an experiment, a multi-media smorgasbord with links, videos, and poems on the Tumblr domain. I’m finally ready to move on to the more legitimate form of blogging which will consist only of writing and photos.
Just in case you somehow managed to miss it, the name of my blog is Pint-Sized and Penniless. The purpose of the blog, appropriately, is to document my thoughts concerning the challenges of life. Since I’m a college sophomore, my focus is learning how to live without the comfort of both my family’s basement and the money that automatically comes with spoiled high school frivolities. Think of this blog as one giant collection of editorials by Kasia Kovacs, the girl who is desperately trying to convince her parents that an English major is not, in fact, a life sentence to a job that includes the catchphrase, “Would you like to supersize that?”
